INTRODUCTIONProtectoderm ointment is used as a moisturizer to treat or prevent dry, rough, scaly, itchy skin and minor skin irritations. It softens and moisturizes the skin and thereby decreases itching and flaking. 

USES combat dry skin conditions and skin irritation.

BENEFITZinc oxide is a mild astringent used topically to soothe and protect irritated skin. Calamine has mild astringent, antipruritic and antiseptic actions and is used in a variety of skin conditions like sunburns, eczema and urticaria where it acts as a soothing and protective agent. Cetrimide has anti-bacterial properties.Cetrimide is indicated for use in cleaning and disinfection of wounds, burns and skin.
