BENIFIT OF TABLETA dry cough is a cough where no phlegm or mucus is produced. It may cause a tickling sensation or itching in the throat and may be due to cold, flu, allergies or throat irritants. Cetmet Tcf Syrup suppresses severe dry cough and gives your child relief from an itchy throat. Along with medications, drinking lukewarm water and gargling with warm salt water may also help ease symptoms for your child.

HOW TO USE TABLETTake this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Cetmet Tcf Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

HOW TO TABLET WORKCetmet Tcf Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, dextromethorphan, and cetirizine which relieve dry cough. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
