INTRODUCTIONMoxzon Eye Drops 5 ml belongs to the class of 'antibiotics', primarily used to treat bacterial eye infections, such as bacterial conjunctivitis. A bacterial eye infection occurs when bacteria invade any part of the eyeball or its surrounding tissues, including the cornea (clear front surface of the eye) and the conjunctiva (thin membrane lining the outer eye and inner eyelids).

BENEFITMoxzon Eye Drops 5 ml treats and prevents bacterial eye infections. It contains Moxifloxacin, a quinolone antibiotic. It is bactericidal (kills bacteria) and works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase, an enzyme required for the replication, transcription, and repair of the DNA. Thus, Moxzon Eye Drops 5 ml prevents bacteria from replication and kills them.

HOW TO USEEye drops: Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.Eye cream/ointment: Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Squeeze a tiny amount of the cream/ointment into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.
