BENEFITOcupol DX Sterile Eye/Ear Drops is used to treat bacterial infections of the eyes such as conjunctivitis or pink eye. It stops the growth of bacteria causing infection and helps relieve pain, swelling, redness, itching, or irritation in the eyes. Use it 2-3 times a day for at least a week or as prescribed by the doctor. Your symptoms might improve after using Ocupol DX Sterile Eye/Ear Drops. However, make sure to complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning.

HOW TO USEThis medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.

HOW TO WORKOcupol DX Sterile Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two antibiotics (Chloramphenicol, Polymyxin B) and a steroid (Dexamethasone). The antibiotics work by killing the bacteria or stopping their growth. Together, they treat your eye/ear infection effectively. The steroid blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye/ear red, swollen and itchy.
