BENEFITAluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralises increased stomach acid. Dimethicone reduces flatulence and relieves abdominal pain or discomfort, which is due to excessive gas in the digestive tract. Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid.
