INTRODUCTIONDiprobate S Plus Ointment is a prescription medicine having a combination of medicines that is used to treat eczema and psoriasis. It provides relief from redness, itching and swelling. It removes the dead skin cells and helps in softening the skin.

BENEFITEczema is a condition in which patches of skin swells and becomes dry, itchy, rough and red. Diprobate S Plus Ointment moisturizes the skin and helps reduce dryness and itchiness. It reduces swelling and redness at the affected area. Diprobate S Plus Ointment also prevents any kind of infection at the affected area, especially if those areas are frequently touched or scratched. Apply 1-2 times a day or as prescribed by your doctor. You might see an improvement in your skin after 2 to 3 weeks of treatment.

HOW TO WORKDiprobate S Plus Ointment is a combination of three medicines: Betamethasone, Salicylic Acid and Zinc Oxide which treat eczema and psoriasis. Betamethasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Betamethasone into the skin. Zinc Oxide has astringent and antiseptic action.
